I guess you could not provide information on the quantity of visits since the structures are paid  a global amount by year ? so they provide the number of patients they follow is that correct?

It may explain the correction in Kakheti when they registered 6000 patients but in fact had an action on 4000 patients only?

did somebody check the data they send?
